• Difficulty concentrating
• Stress and tension
• Increased heart rate and blood pressure
• Muscular tension and tremors

Causes of Acute Anxiety

Common causes of acute anxiety include work-related stress, relationship problems, financial concerns, and other life challenges. It is also important to remember that some individuals are predisposed to anxiety due to genetics and family history.

Managing Acute Anxiety

There are a variety of techniques that can be used to manage and reduce the symptoms of acute anxiety. These include:
