Uses

Chlorhexidine Gluconate (4%) is indicated in- Surgical hand scrub: significantly reduces the number of microorganisms on the hands and forearms prior to surgery or patient care Healthcare personnel handwash: helps reduce bacteria that potentially can cause disease Patient preoperative skin preparation: for the preparation of the patient's skin prior to surgery Skin wound and general skin cleansing.

Dosage

হাত ধোয়ায়: পানিতে হাত ভিজিয়ে নিন। প্রায় ৫ মিলি Chlorhexidine নিয়ে ১ মিনিট ধরে হাত ধুতে থাকুন ; নখের প্রতি বিশেষ মনযোগ দিন। পরিষ্কার পানিতে হাত ধুয়ে ফেলুন ও শুকিয়ে নিন। দ্রুত ব্যাকটেরিয়া বিনাশী ত্বক পরিষ্কারক দ্রবণ, যা শল্য চিকিৎসার পূর্বে হাতকে সংক্রামক জীবাণুমুক্ত করে এবং হাসপাতালের ওয়ার্ডসমূহে নিয়মিত ব্যবহারে বহুমুখী সংক্রামণের ঝুঁকি কমায়।শল্য চিকিৎসায় অস্ত্রপচার এর পূর্বে হাত ধোয়ায়: পানিতে হাতের কুনুই পর্যন্ত ভিজিয়ে নিন। প্রায় ৫ মিলি Chlorhexidine নিয়ে ১ মিনিট ধরে হাত ধুতে থাকুন; নখ পরিষ্কারের জন্য ব্রাশ বা র্স্ক্যাপার ব্যাবহার করুন। পরিষ্কার পানিতে হাত ধুয়ে ফেলুন। একই পদ্ধতিতে ২ মিনিট ধরে পুনরায় হেক্সিস্ক্রাব ব্যাবহার করুন।

Precaution

শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন। চোখ, মস্তিষ্ক, মেনিঞ্জেস ও মধ্যকর্ণ হতে দূরে রাখুন । চোখের সংপর্শে এলে তাৎক্ষনিকভাবে পর্যাপ্ত পানি দিয়ে চোখ ধুয়ে ফেলুন । আলো থেকে দূরে, ঘরে স্বাভাবিক তাপমাত্রায় রাখুন। ক্লোরহেক্সিডিন সাবান ও অন্যান্য অ্যানায়নিক এর সাথে ইনকমপিটেবল । কেবলমাত্র দেহের বহিরাংশে ব্যাবহারের জন্য ।

Contraindication

Do not use if you are allergic to chlorhexidine gluconate or any other ingredients in contact with meninges in the genital area as a preoperative skin preparation of the head or face.

Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light.
