One tablet once daily with food or as indicated by the physician.

Side Effects

Generally, Multivitamin & Multimineral (A-Z silver preparation) is well tolerated. Allergic sensitization has been reported following oral administration of folic acid. Vitamin C and vitamin E may cause diarrhea and other gastrointestinal disturbances.

Precaution

Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and increase the risk of birth defects. Long-term intake of high levels of vitamin A (excluding that sourced from beta-carotene) may increase the risk of osteoporosis in adults.

Contraindication
