ক্লোবেন

Clobetasol Propionate is a highly active corticosteroid with topical anti-inflammatory activity. The major effect of Clobetasol Propionate on skin is a non-specific anti-inflammatory response, partially due to vasoconstriction and decrease in collagen synthesis.

Neomycin Sulphate is a broad spectrum antibiotic of the aminoglycoside type and is used to treat infections with bacteria. It binds to the ribosomal 30s and 50s sub-units of susceptible bacteria and inhibits protein synthesis. Neomycin also causes a misreading of the genetic codes of the mRNA template and this causes incorrect amino acids to be incorporated into the growing polypeptide chain.

Nystatin is an antifungal medicine that kills fungi and yeasts by interfering with their cell membranes.

The principle action of this preparation is based on the anti-inflammatory activity of the corticosteroid. The broad spectrum antibacterial and anti-candidal activity provided by the combination of Neomycin and Nystatin allow this effect to be utilized in the treatment of conditions which are or are likely to become infected.

রিক্যালট্রিান্ট একজিমার স্বল্প মেয়াদী চিকিৎসায় নির্দেশিত। এছাড়া নিউরােডার্মাটোসিস, সেকেন্ডারী ব্যাকটেরিয়া অথবা ছত্রাকজনিত সংক্রমণ বিদ্যমান এমন সােরিয়াসিস এবং অন্যান্য প্রদাহ যেখানে সক্রিয় স্টেরয়েড ব্যবহার করে আশানুরূপ ফল পাওয়া যায়নি, এসব ক্ষেত্রে নির্দেশিত।

• আক্রান্ত স্থানে দৈনিক একবার বা দুইবার অবস্থার উন্নতি না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
• চার সপ্তাহের অধিক ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।

পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়া

হাইপারকর্টিসােলিজম, সুপারফিসিয়াল রক্তনালীসমূহ - পাতলা ও প্রসারিত হয়ে যাওয়া, হাইপারট্রাইকোসিস ইত্যাদি।

সতর্কতা

Long-term continuous topical therapy should be avoided where possible, particularly in infants and children, as adrenal suppression can occur readily even without occlusion. If applied to the eyelids, care is needed to ensure that the preparation does not enter the eye, as glaucoma might result. If this medication does enter the eye, the affected eye should be thoroughly washed with copious amount of water.

মিথস্ক্রিয়া

Neomycin Sulphate can intensify and prolong the respiratory depressant effects of neuromuscular blocking agents following significant systemic absorption. However, if used in accordance with the recommendations, systemic exposure to Neomycin Sulphate is expected to be minimal and drug interactions are unlikely to be significant. No hazardous interactions have been reported with use of Clobetasol Propionate or Nystatin.

গর্ভাবস্থাকালীন ব্যবহার

গর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার অনুমােদিত নয়।

বৈপরীত্য

রােজাসিয়া, এনি ভালগারিস, পেরিওরাল ডার্মাটাইটিস, ভাইরাল সংক্রমণ। এই প্রস্তুতির যে কোন উপাদানের প্রতি অতি সংবেদনশীলতা।

অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা

তীব্র ওভারডোজ

Acute overdosage is very unlikely to occur. No overdose related problem yet reported. However, in the case of chronic overdosage or misuse the features of hypercortisolism may appear and in this situation topical steroids should be discontinued gradually.

অন্যান্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া

নিউরােমাসকিউলার ব্ল কিং এজেন্টের সাথে নিওমাইসিনের প্রতিক্রিয়া হতে পারে। ক্লোবেটাসল প্রােপিওনেট ও নিস্ট্যাটিন-এর কোন ক্ষতিকর প্রতিক্রিয়া পরিলক্ষিত হয়নি।

সংরক্ষণ

২৫ ডিগ্রি সেন্টিগ্রেডের নীচে রাখুন। জমে যেন না যায়। শিশুদের নাগালের বাইরে রাখুন।
